Super Robin 19-08-25


Just a quick update on work carried out during August.

I have focused on reviewing World 1 Meadows Levels 1 to 10.  I have amended the difficulty on some levels following feedback some levels were too challenging. 

I have fixed the spawn of the purple boots power up so it moves along the platform rather than fall through the platforms.

Fixed the layering for the eagle enemy so it now constantly goes behind the score hud.

Amended the hud so that lives is a 2 digit counter and timer counter is 3 digits.

Amended the bullet sprite so that when it spawns it does so outside of the gun rather than ontop of it. 

I have also reviewed the graphics of levels 1 to 10 to ensure all required animations for background tiles are in place e.g. moving flowers / scary eyes in the shadows.

I have reduced the speed of the first big boss at level 10 to make it a bit easier to kill.

Whats Next

Will now move onto completing World 2 Tree Tops.

Reminder of general things still to do

Make Super Robin immune to the bullet sprite when wearing invincibility boots.

Create new sound effects for the different enemies for when they die.

Make the falling rocks knock Super Robin / bounce Super Robin when they hit him during the hurry up stage.

Complete a Game Complete screen / animation.
